Anew Vacation provides 24/7 phone support for all members that are currently a guest. In addition, there is a butler on site every day as well as a detailed property book at each location (this book contains detailed instructions for the estate - i.e. how to work the heaters, the spa, the televisions, etc...). This book also includes contact phone numbers for many local services (hospitals, restaurants, etc...). Please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns.
Answer: Anew Vacation offers a variety of properties within a range of budgets; however, it is important to note that most of the properties are not your average "house"... they are lavish and exclusive estates equipped for the discerning visitor. Nightly rates typically start at $1,500 per night and go up to as much as $35,000 per night depending upon the property, location, and extras included. All of our properties require a security deposit during your stay; please refer to the individual property page for pricing specifics.
Answer: Yes, depending on the region and the season. The typical minimum is 3 nights; however, during peak holiday periods, minimums may increase to 10-14 nights.
Answer: Unfortunately, no. Because our members have the ability to book online at any time, all of our properties are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Answer: Yes. All of our properties are initially rated on a per night charge but do offer discounts for weekly, monthly, and long term stays (3 months or longer).
Yes and No... Anew Vacation has identified certain properties that will allow events (hosting additional people on the property). These selected properties are private gated, lavish, and extremely grand: perfect for romantic weddings, anniversaries, and special events. These properties will still require a 3-day rental in addition to the event fee. This fee covers an on-site butler during the event, the extra wear and tear on the property, the "down" days in which the property cannot be rented until the additional cleaning and repairs have been completed, and the convenience of having the event in such an amazing location. Answer: This answer is dependant upon the property chosen; however, most Anew Vacation estates are not set up to accommodate pets. Our properties are lavishly furnished with custom furniture, bedding, and drapes designed with luxury in mind. Even though pets are an integral part of families and every owner believes their pet to be perfectly behaved... accidents do happen. We do not believe that the next visitors should have their stay dampened by chew marks on furniture, runs in carpet, stains on the floor, or allergens left behind. We want each stay to be the perfect getaway for all of our members.
Answer: Absolutely Not. Absolutely not; All Anew Vacation Club properties are NON SMOKING. If you need to smoke while staying at any of our properties, then please do so outside the property. If you are found smoking on the property, then it is grounds for immediate eviction of your entire party without refund and deposit will be charged a $3,000 smoking fee plus any additional costs to repair the smoke damage. If you are found to have smoked on the property after check-Out, then you will be charged the full smoking fee plus any additional costs to repair the smoke damage. (Please Note: This fee is the minimum cost required close the property for no less than 2 days, clean carpets, furniture, drapes, walls, cabinets, bedding, floors, etc...).
Answer: Other than no smoking and no pets, the only other restriction (again for medical and allergy reasons) is on LATEX products. Large bouquets of latex balloons are not permitted on any Anew Vacation property; however, small and/or personal latex items are acceptable (i.e. rubber bands, condoms, etc...). We realize that this restriction may affect some party decorating plans; however, have found that most members have adjusted with Mylar balloons, flowers, or other decorations. If you are found to have brought large amounts of latex prducts into the property during or after check-Out, then you will be charged the full latex fee plus any additional costs to repair the damage. (Please Note: This fee is the minimum cost required close the property for no less than 2 days, clean carpets, furniture, drapes, walls, cabinets, bedding, floors, etc...).
Answer: All Anew Vacation memberships include daily butler. The extent of services are dependant upon the specific property (please refer to the property page); however, at minimum, the butler will...
- Make reservations for dinner or a show as needed
- Pick up groceries as needed
- Straighten up the kitchen and house (light cleaning)
- Empty the dishwasher (if needed)
- Remake the beds for each bedroom ( If you do not wish to have your room made up please close your bedroom door.)
- Replace any used bath or pool towels (for water conservation purposes, we ask that you hang up any towels that are still clean)
- Straighten up the bathrooms
- Remove trash from throughout the property
Please Note: During your stay, you are still responsible for the overall upkeep of the property. This includes cleaning the kitchen, throwing away your garbage, and putting items back where they belong. When you check out, all dishes and kitchen items should be loaded into the dishwasher (the dishwasher should be set to run), property furniture and items should be returned to original position, and all garbage should be deposited into the garbage.
Answer: A majority of our properties have central heating and air-conditioning; however, that is dependent upon the location and the time of year you are using the property. Please refer to the appropriate property page for exact information.
Answer: Yes. You have the option of bringing your own catering, chef, or personal services onto the property during your stay; however, it is important to note that you are responsible for the actions of any guest or vendor that you invite onto the property.
Answer: No. All Anew Vacation properties have their own private pool and/or spa.
Answer: You have two contact options... you will be provided a direct phone number for our office staff that is available to take your calls 24/7 while you are staying in one of our properties, in addition, your butler will at the property each day and will be able to help you with just about any of your needs.

Answer: These items are not included with the properties; however, you are able to ship or purchase any items you will need during your stay to our office and we will make sure that they are waiting for you in your property as you check-in.
Answer: No, all the estate prices are for the entire property. On specific properties, you may see rates that are listed by unit or floor... this is only as an offer of savings for you and the unoccupied units or floors are never available out to other guests outside your group.
Answer: Anew Vacation does not provide trip insurance directly; however, we do encourage you to explore some of our third party supplies. Travel insurance (as low as $180 per booking) is a wonderful guarantee against the unexpected problem. Visit our locations page for links and suggestions.
Answer: We offer our clients a full concierge service, which can assist you in any way possible (rental car delivery to the property, private driver, etc...). Please note that transportation to and from the airport is included with every booking and will be arranged directly by Anew Vacation at your reservation.
Answer: Anew Vacation prides itself on offering seculsion, security, and comfort at every one of our estates. Most of our properties are privately gated and surrounded by lush landscaping to act as a buffer and oasis from the surrounding area.
